Service Description

Respite Support Sessions provide structured, supervised care for children, adults with cognitive challenges, or seniors. This service is designed to offer caregivers reliable coverage while maintaining safety, routine, and meaningful engagement. Sessions may include supervised activities, life skills reinforcement, structured recreation, companionship, and community-based outings when appropriate. All services are grounded in trauma-informed and dignity-centered practice.


Cancellation Policy

Appointments (Tutoring, Respite, 1:1 Support) Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the session rate) or the session may be counted as used if booked through a package or plan. No-Shows and Late Arrivals If you do not arrive or join the session within 15 minutes of the start time without contacting us, the appointment is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking. Full session fees still apply. Workshops / Classes (Life Skills Workshop) Class registrations are transferable but not refundable within 24 hours of the session start time. If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible. When space allows, we may be able to move your registration to a future session at our discretion. Online Sessions For online sessions, clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working device. If a session is interrupted due to client-side technical issues, the session may not be extended. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at the earliest available time. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. One (1) waived late cancellation per client may be granted within a 6-month period at our discretion.
